What we delivered

Scope of works

  1. Demolition of existing structures, including licensed asbestos removal and ground decontamination
  2. Site preparation involving clearance of ground obstructions, eradication of invasive plant species, site levelling, and ground remediation
  3. Construction of six one-bedroom flats designed for supported living
  4. Development of associated infrastructure: car parking, drainage systems, hard and soft landscaping, retaining walls, refuse and cycle stores, external services, and external lighting
