Project summary

The ElmWey Learning Trust appointed Marcon to deliver a new Art Block and tuck shop at Heathside School on a turnkey basis. The fast-track modular build replaced the existing Art Block with a modern teaching space and improved amenities for students.

What we delivered

Scope of works

  1. Demolition of the existing Art Block, including full licensed asbestos removal
  2. Modular construction of a new Art Block featuring factory-installed services and finishes
  3. External cladding in brick slips for a traditional appearance
  4. Construction of a new grab-and-go tuck shop
  5. Installation of all associated systems: access control, IT infrastructure, mechanical and electrical (M&E) services, drainage, perimeter fencing, external lighting, CCTV, and surface finishes
