Marcon Construction were chosen to assist the Trust in the refurbishment of Level 5. This project was to strip all existing materials back to the raw structure, and carefully rebuild each bay, and room to significantly enhance the air changes of each section. Working on an initial aspirational design, Marcon took this concept, and totally managed this from design to completion within 24 weeks. Turning old bed areas and offices into an enhanced, specialist, Respiratory infectious diseases wards –  Osler Wards.
