Our extensive experience within the Healthcare sector, and working in live environments, enabled us to secure the complex refurbishment of an Emergency Department whilst still remaining in operation 24/7. The proposed works included provision of 5nr Assessment Bed Bays with Staff Base along with another 2nr Assessment rooms in another location within the department and 4 support rooms.

 

This project was completed during the extremely challenging pressures of the pandemic. We worked alongside the Stakeholders to workshop the design, with our in-house team, to meet all the requirements and also provide a bright and productive space for the Trust within 10 weeks. This is a fantastic testament and example to the delivery team at Marcon and a huge complement to our committed supply chain which allowed us to complete the works without any delays caused as part of the Pandemic by materials or labour shortages.
