Term Time re roofing project, at Harwell Primary School in line with the IKO Specification. The works incorporated a 20 year insurance backed warranty

School holidays and weekends were used for all of the necessary site attendances for scaffolding, as well as door fans to be fitted to all entrances and fire exits. A safety fenced exclusion zone was erected to the perimeter of the school. Safety critical activities in the form of Rooflight replacement and Over boarding were also carried out during times when the school was shut.

All necessary steps were taken for the new insulated Bituminous Felt Roofing System and Tank House Re-cladding to be completed in a safe and secure manner. We were able to complete the job, during term time in a timely manner to ensure all works were completed to a high standard making sure the every day running of the school was unaffected by the roof works being completed.
