This 36 bed acute medical unit ward refurbishment involved completed strip out to shell, new M&E services included medical gases and nurse call alarm, new vinvyl flooring throughout new ceilings, medical furniture and joinery. New stainless steel kitchen, IT hub, staff rooms, insaltion rooms and bed bays. All with ensuites. 

We had to cut out drainage in the existing concrete slab, we had to cut out up to a depth of 800mm and around 80m of drain runs

This project was completed during lockdown 1 observing social distancing and maintaining the project programme whilst ensuring our staff were kept safe.
